The Oskin Leadership Institute, located on Widener University’s main campus, brings students and faculty together to grow as leaders. The Institute holds workshops, courses, and campus wide events to promote positivity, leadership, and collaboration. The Oskin Leadership Institute began in 2011, funded by the late David Oskin, former chair of Widener’s Board of Trustees.
As part of receiving my Leadership Certificate, I took part in many leadership coaching activities and workshops which bolstered my leadership skills and allowed me to reflect on how to be a great leader in my career and life.
